ListSpark (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the ListSpark browser extension and web application (available at https://listspark.app). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, handle, and disclose user data when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver our listing optimization and audit features:

    Account Information: When you register via Google OAuth, we collect your email address, name, and basic profile identifier.

    Etsy Listing and Shop Data: When you initiate a sync or audit, the extension reads your public and shop-manager listing details (listing titles, descriptions, private 13/13 tags, prices, inventory counts, views, and 30-day sales metrics).

    Authentication and Cookies: The extension accesses Etsy authentication cookies solely to verify your active seller session and authorize direct synchronization between your Etsy Shop Manager and your ListSpark dashboard.

    Payment Information: Payment details are processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not collect, process, or store credit card or bank account numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use and Handle Your Data

We use the collected information strictly to provide core user-facing functionality:

    To calculate Listing Quality Scores (LQS), detect conversion leaks, and evaluate listing health.
  • •
    To provide keyword recommendations, tag checks, and SEO audits inside your Shop Manager.
  • •
    To maintain and display your listing audit history on your private ListSpark dashboard.
  • •
    To track and manage your account credit balances and subscription tier status.
Commitment: We do not sell user data to third parties, use data for creditworthiness or lending evaluations, or use data for targeted advertising.

3. Data Storage and Security

    Transmission: All data transmitted between the ListSpark browser extension, our web application, and third-party API providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS).

    Storage: User profile records, credit balances, and listing performance caches are stored in secure, encrypted cloud databases protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies.

    Retention: We retain synced listing snapshots and audit data only as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing and Processors

We only share data with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our services under strict confidentiality and security terms:

    Supabase: Cloud database and authentication hosting.
  • •
    Vercel: Web application hosting and serverless API execution.
  • •
    OpenRouter / Google Cloud: Language model API providers used strictly for processing listing copy and generating keyword recommendations. Data sent to AI models is strictly limited to listing titles, tags, and descriptions.

    Stripe: Secure billing and subscription management.

We do not transfer or disclose user data to any other third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. User Rights, Opt-Out, and Deletion

You retain full control over your data:

    You can remove the ListSpark extension from your browser at any time via chrome://extensions.

    You can request full deletion of your account, synced listing data, and cached audit history by emailing us at Gazza243@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.
