When you connect your Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram, or TikTok accounts to Listspark, we collect account access tokens, listing titles, descriptions, images, and public profile handles strictly required to provide listing optimization, video generation, and Pinterest pin scheduling services.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data exclusively to:

• Optimize Etsy listing titles, search tags, and descriptions using AI.
• Generate 10.0-second product slideshow MP4 videos from your listing photos.
• Schedule keyword-optimized pins to your connected Pinterest boards with Share & Save fee tracking parameters.
• Synchronize active catalog inventory and search health scores.

3. Third-Party API Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or shop data. We interact with third-party APIs (Etsy Open API v3, Pinterest API v5, Meta Graph API, TikTok Developers API, OpenAI API) solely to perform user-requested actions.

4. Data Retention & Revocation

You may disconnect your connected social and shop accounts at any time from your dashboard under Connected Accounts. Disconnecting an account immediately purges stored OAuth access tokens from our database.
